Background

Antoine began his career in Transaction Services at EY before joining the real estate investment banking teams of Barclays and then J.P. Morgan. He then contributed to the development of the New York office of BM&A, where he worked on cross-border transactions between France and the United States.

In parallel, Antoine is building Smoove, a platform dedicated to the New York residential rental market.

Based in New York, he specializes in US real estate market analysis and the identification of investment opportunities, with a particular focus on market dynamics, sourcing and the issues specific to international investors.

Within our team, he is responsible in particular for market analysis, opportunity sourcing and the assessment of each opportunity's local environment.

Antoine holds an MBA from New York University (NYU Stern), specializing in real estate, and is a recipient of the Damodaran fellowship. He is an ECAM engineering graduate and holds the DSCG (French advanced accounting degree).

Martin Leservoisier

Background

Martin specializes in financial analysis, valuation and the assessment of investment opportunities. He spent four years in investment banking, primarily at Edmond de Rothschild, following a role at Société Générale, working on M&A and LBO transactions alongside executives, shareholders and financial investors. He previously gained experience in financial audit at Forvis Mazars.

His background gave him regular exposure to private equity funds. He contributed to transactions involving investors such as Ardian, B&Capital, Naxicap, La Maison Partners, Mindstone and Verto.

Within our team, he leads the financial analysis of opportunities: building assumptions, cash flow modeling, financing analysis, valuation and the study of return and risk scenarios.

Martin holds a Master in Finance from ESSEC Business School and an engineering degree from ESTACA.
